What is Evening of Scenes?

​

This is a showcase of Oak Park's dramatic talent, that occurs once per semester.  Participants are students enrolled in the Drama classes as well as Theatre Practicum students.

 

Students choose scenes, monologues, soliloquies or original pieces to perform for an audience.  Students are evaluated that night and given credit for their hard work.

 

Standard Structure

 

The call time for students is 6:15 pm with curtain being at 7:00 pm.

 

The performance takes place in the Oak Park theatre.

 

The cost to attend is minimal with a portion going towards a charitable organization of the students choice.

 

Show dates will be announced during classes.
